Our Programs
Aurora High School (AHS) is one of ten schools, within the Calexico Unified School District. AHS has been at its present location since September of 1979, providing an alternative secondary program to students in grades 9-12. It is located in the rural/urban city of Calexico, Imperial County, California, situated on the U.S./Mexico border. Calexico has a population of about 30,000, and is adjacent to Mexicali, Mexico whose population is over 1.6 million.
